Why Wing Tsun Paris?

Wing Tsun is one of the most effective self-defense systems that can be learned within a short period of time by anyone, regardless of age, gender or level of physical fitness. Teaching is a passion for us and we welcome anyone who is willing to learn not just the techniques of this martial art but also how to respect one another. Grandmaster Norbert Máday

2025

Shaolin Temple Engraving

In 2025, Grandmaster Norbert Máday was engraved on the columns of the greatest heroes of Wing Tsun martial arts at the Shaolin temple in Putian, South China, expressing his respect and gratitude towards his Homeland. The names of three more pupils have been added: Grandmaster Gábor Szél, Sifu Marek Mikulski, Sifu Linas Gudonavicius.

2024

Book Presentation Honored

In 2024, he presented his new book in Hong Kong under the title Yip Man the Grandmaster. The presentation of his work was honored by the last living students of the Grandmaster Yip Man.

2023

Tenth Degree Celebration

In 2023, he traveled to Hong Kong with 8 of his students. This year he received the 10th Grandmaster degree. This year, he received the 10th Grandmaster degree at his 40-year career gala from Sifu Leung Ting.

2022

Memorial Plaque Unveiled

In 2022, he erected a memorial plaque to his first master Slavko Truntic in Kecskemét.

2012

Ninth Degree Grandmaster

In 2012 Prof. Leung Ting after his seminar in Budapest, Grandmaster Leung Ting announced that the leader of the EEWTO Norbert Máday, has entered the 9th degree of Grandmaster. He was the second in Europe and the third in the world to receive such a high honor.

2011

Training John Chung

In 2011, the Grandmaster asked him to train his son John Chung in Wing Tsun.

2006

Eighth Grade Mastery

In 2006, Leung Ting received the 8th grade master level from his teacher.

2005

Seventh Degree Achieved

In 2005 he received his 7th master's degree from Sifu Leung Ting.

2003

American Position Declined

In 2003, his master asked him to accept the position of chief instructor of the American Wing Tsun Association, but he could not accept this for the sake of his Eastern European students.

2002

Traditional Adoption Ceremony

In 2002, the founding Grandmaster of Wing Tsun, Leung Ting, adopted him as his son during a traditional Chinese tea ceremony (Bai Shi).

1999

Hong Kong Demonstration

In 1999, at the request of his master, he traveled to Hong Kong and China, where he popularized Wing Tsun in his home country with highly successful demonstrations.

1995

Students Achieve Mastery

In May 1995, three of his students, successfully passed the first master's degree exam front of Sifu Leung Ting.

1994

Second Master's Degree

In 1994, he successfully completed his second master's degree.

1992

Budapest School Founded

In 1992, he opened the first Budapest school. This year, Sifu Leung Ting taught again in Hungary.

1991

Grandmaster Visits Hungary

In 1991, at the invitation of Grandmaster Leung Ting, he visited Hungary and held a seminar.

1989

First Master's Degree

In 1989, he successfully took the exam for the first master's degree front of master Slavko Truntic and master Milan Prosenica.

1988

First Budapest Seminar

In 1988, he organized the first seminar in Budapest for the Croatian Sifu Slavko Truntic under the leadership of the then head of the Eastern European Association. Here he reached the twelfth student grade.

1987

Expanding Schools Network

In 1987, he opened more schools in Kecskemét and went to teach more small cityes.

1986

First School Opens

In 1986, he opened his first Wing Tsun school at the Piarist high school in Kecskemét.

1984

Bruce Lee Inspiration

In 1984, he became interested in martial arts as a result of a Bruce Lee movie Enter the dragon. He became a student of Sifu Slavko Truntic, who was the leader of the E.E.W.T.O in Zagreb. (East European Wing Tsun Association)
